When I began my fitness journey many years ago, I was in my 20s, weighing 332lbs and battling a condition that caused full-body convulsions, sending me to the hospital more times than I can count. The medications I took to manage the seizures weakened my immune system, leading to multiple tooth extractions from mouth infections, a severe lymphatic infection that nearly took my life, and partial loss of the use of my right side for six months. I was completely defeated. But through it all, I was determined to make a change. I didn’t want to wake up to my wife crying beside my hospital bed anymore.
It all started with small steps—simple walks, modest diet changes, and learning about exercises. Gradually, the weight began to come off. Through lots of research into supplements and nutritional science, I was able to overcome the chronic seizures. With intense resilience, countless tears, and an unwavering commitment, I’ve gone from 332lbs to 237 lbs.
There will always be setbacks, moments where you feel like you need to restart, and struggles along the way—but I promise you that when you reach your goal, it will be worth it. KEEP GOING. YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE WORTH IT.
